Recently, Akash made a significant announcement: he has changed his name from Akash Puri to Akash Jagannath. However, he hasn't revealed the reason behind this name change.
Akash shared this update on social media, announcing his new name on Instagram. The post quickly went viral. Interestingly, this isn't the first time a Tollywood actor has changed their name recently. Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej also changed his name to Sai Durga Tej, combining his mother's name with his own, on Mother's Day. Similarly, Akash has now combined his name with his father's, becoming Akash Jagannath.
