In a shocking incident, a driver of a private bus ran over and dragged a fellow driver for nearly a kilometer. This horrific event occurred when two private buses from Morning Star and Krishna Travels were traveling from Bengaluru to Vijayawada. A dispute arose between the drivers at the Mahasamudram toll gate after one bus's mirror hit the other bus. This led to a heated argument and physical confrontation between the drivers.
During the altercation, Sudhakar Raju, the driver of the Morning Star bus, attempted to intervene and stop the Krishna Travels bus. However, in a fit of rage, Srinivas Rao, the driver of the Krishna Travels bus, ran over Sudhakar Raju and dragged his body for almost a kilometer. The body was severely mutilated. A fellow driver informed the police, who arrived at the scene, sent the body for post-mortem, and registered a case. With prior information, the police in Vijayawada apprehended the accused, Srinivas Rao.
