Faima's Struggle:
Faima recounted, "Before I joined the Patas show, we didn't have a TV at home. Once, my college took us to watch the Patas show as audience members, charging ₹500 per person. I didn't have the money, so I borrowed ₹500 from a friend. My jokes were featured in the promo, which received a fantastic response. I asked my mom if I could join the show, but she said no because I had to go to Hyderabad. When my family didn't agree, I didn't eat for two days. My dad, who I love dearly, couldn't bear to see me cry. He was working abroad at the time, and even he didn't agree initially. So, I threatened to lock myself in a room and end my life. Only then did they agree," Faima shared emotionally.
