Chandrababu Naidu's arrest in a skill development case is creating heat in AP. In this order, Chandrababu's lawyers filed a petition saying that Chandrababu was remanded in judicial custody without proper evidence. Quash filed a petition to quash the judicial remand order passed by the ACB court on 10th of this month. Chandrababu's lawyers requested that the trial in the ACB court be stopped until the trial on the quash petition is over. Section 13 of the Anti-Corruption Act and Section 409 of the IPC are invalid. The petition stated that the case was filed for political revenge. The AP High Court took up the inquiry on Wednesday. After hearing arguments on behalf of Chandrababu and CID, the High Court bench adjourned the hearing on Chandrababu's quash petition. The AP High Court has decided to adjourn it to 19th of this month. However, Chandrababu's lawyers requested not to give him to CID custody. AP High Court ordered him not to give him custody till Monday (September 18).
