Prime Minister Modi dedicated the State Food Testing Laboratory built in Visakhapatnam to the nation. Modi virtually inaugurated the laboratory set up with Rs 4.5 crore CSS funds. 🏛️
Prime Minister Modi has put special focus on Andhra during the election. As a part of it.. along with Mangalagiri, five AIIMS educational institutes in the country were opened and dedicated to the nation. The inaugural function was held virtually from Rajkot, Gujarat. In this order, the opening ceremony of the Andhra Pradesh State Food Testing Laboratory established in the Regional Public Health Laboratory in the premises of Pedawaltheru ENT Hospital in Visakhapatnam was held. 🏥 This laboratory was built with the funds of Centrally Sponsored Scheme at a total cost of Rs.4.77 crores. Prime Minister Modi dedicated the Visakha State Food Testing Laboratory to the nation in a virtual manner from Rajkot, Gujarat. 🧪
On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi said that many programs are being implemented as part of Vikasit Bharat program. He said that besides many programs in different states, recently IIM in Visakhapatnam, AIIMS in Kadapa, Mangalagiri areas and food laboratory in Visakhapatnam have been started. Collector Mallikarjuna from Visakha participated in the virtual inauguration ceremony and lit the lamp and pressed the button. He praised that this lab is like the heart of the state. 🧪
Through this, Visakha Collector Mallikarjuna explained that facilities have been set up to collect samples of food and fresh water and conduct a large number of tests in case of diarrhea and other problems in Visakhapatnam. He said that the state government has consulted with the central government from time to time and completed this laboratory in a short period of time. He said that the AP government is going to set up 80 staff in this laboratory soon. Visakha collector Mallikarjuna thanked Prime Minister Modi for providing a micro biology lab in Visakha and the AP government who worked hard to set it up. 🧬
