How to make Instant Ragi Dosha:
First take out a mixie jar. Add ragi flour, rice flour, rava, ragi flour, salt, curd, enough water and mix it like dosha flour. After that take this mixture in a bowl. Next, put a little water in it and keep it aside. After 15 minutes, take the flour. Add cumin stick, pepper powder, curry powder and mix well.
Now turn on the stove and put penam.. After it heats up, make dosa with flour. Grate carrot, green chilli pieces and sprinkle coriander on this dosha. Then add enough oil and fry well. After that, take the dosha into a serving plate and eat it with chutney. By doing this, a very tasty ragi dosha is prepared.
