Kannada actress Manya Gowda has recently garnered a significant following on social media. Her latest movie, "Back Benchers," is set to release on July 19th. Directed and produced by Rajasekhar, the film features Ranjan, Jatin Aryan, Shashank Sinha, and Akash MP alongside Manya.
In "Back Benchers," Manya Gowda plays the lead role, marking her debut in the film industry. Manya, who completed her engineering degree three years ago, has always had a passion for acting and has also learned classical dance.
Manya shared that she found out about the "Back Benchers" audition while being actively involved in theater.
She decided to participate in the audition, which saw around 700 young hopefuls. She impressed the director with her unique style in the given scenes and was selected as one of the 30 chosen participants.
Following her selection, the cast underwent an extensive workshop with Suchendra Prasad, training in various subjects for six months before starting the film's shoot.
