AGEs cause inflammation and can lead to Type 2 diabetes. 😔

🥳 Low-AGE Diet for a Healthier Life!

The study found that reducing your intake of AGE-rich foods can significantly lower the risk of diabetes and related health issues! 🥗 A diet rich in fruits, veggies, whole grains, and low-fat milk, paired with boiling or steaming methods, keeps AGEs low and helps reduce oxidative stress—a major cause of inflammation and cell damage. 🥬🍎
