The incident took place near a chicken shop in the Tatipaka market. A crow had been persistently trying to grab meat scraps from the shop since the morning, irritating the shopkeeper. In an attempt to stop the crow, the shopkeeper caught it and tied it to a pole with a rope.
As soon as the other crows discovered the situation, they gathered in large numbers and began circling the shop, cawing loudly in protest.
